Our R&D division is run by our design & development team and experts in fabric manufacturing. Designers and experts work together to turn ideas into life and showcase new fabrics to our clients. Dying Lab
Our Dyeing Lab is equipped with sophisticated machines from renowned brand like Data color, Rainin, Honging, PPT, Dysin from USA, China, UK, Italy & Sweden. We have all the latest technology machine including Lab Dyeing Machine, Spectrophotometer, Digital Pippete, Flat Oven Dryer, Bursting, Pilling, Perspiration & Siliva, Electronic Crock Meter, GSM Cutter, PH Test Shaker Bath, We have skilled manpower to deliver lab dip on time with 100% production friendly recipe. The lab technicians working here are well trained & have several years of experience in testing.
Knitting
Our knitting plants have a capacity of 8 tons per day. We proudly use 14 high-speed knitting machines, including world-famous branded circular knitting machines including single jersey machines, fleece machines, double jersey machines, cone winding machines & grey fabrics inspection machines. We use the latest technology, energy-efficient machinery, and environment-friendly production processes to deliver the best quality to our clients.
Dyeing
We have the capacity for 30 tons per day, with Dilmenler a Turkish brand of dyeing machine. Our dyeing unit is compatible with Cotton/Viscose as well as urocent, Polyester/polyester blended as well as urocent and nylon. Our dyeing unit is packed with state-of-the-art machines that dye fabrics really well, and the quality of the dye is also excellent. We make sure the dyes we use are detoxified before using. So, we basically touch on the sustainability factor here again. We are doing all sorts of knit-dyed-related products and can ensure all types of buyer demand with the strong R&D. We use world-class certified dyes and chemicals.
